126th Baluchistan Infantry. Officer’s gilt 26mm

A good example of the 26mm officer’s gilt button of the 126th Baluchistsan Infantry which has the title on a circle around the regimental number beneath a king’s crown. The button retains mot of the original gilt finish and has the backmark Hobson & Sons, Lexington St. London W. The regiment bore this title from 1903 to 1922. Baluchistan is the north eastern area bordering Afghanistan and is currently part of Pakistan. feb3/1 SOLD 5th February 2023
