An imposing little button of half ball style for the 17th Lancers with the skull mounted in silver on the gilt background. The 16mm button has the backmark JENNENS & Co. LONDON and is in excellent condition. The button dates from before the regiments amalgamation with the 21st Empress of India;s Lancers in 1922. sep11/6
