Title page not bound in [as usual with the second volume of a year] v. [ii], 2 folding storm maps, double sided language plate, 2 other plates and 5 other folding plates, pp 471 – 916, lxvii – cxxxv. Contemporary half black leather gilt with pebbled green cloth boards, minor rubbing and wear but a very decent, sound copy for a journal of this age, no previous ownership markings [uniform with the two volumes of 1844 listed elsewhere in this category] .By this period the Journal was not being reprinted verbatim in England and copies in decent, non-Indian, condition are hard to find.
