1st Birmingham Bn. R. Warwickshire Regt. A very good 25mm other ranks example of this battalion of the Birmingham Pals. The wording on the scarce button reads 1st BIRMM. BATT. R. WARWICKSHIRE 1914. The backmark is J. R. GAUNT & SON LD LONDON. The  button is in very good condition with the city arms quite clear. All these short lived WWI Pals Battalions have tragic stories of how whole streets of cities saw families lose fathers, sons, and brothers in the slaughter of the trenches.    jul25/2
