Silver plated ball button with the design of a raised central swan with the word above and below BUCKS YEOMEN. The officer’s silver plated 16mm button has the backmark C. JENNENS LONDON. Although Ripley & Darmanian show several Bucks Yeomanry buttons this type does not appear and it probably dates from the Napoleonic Wars period. feb28/6
