Delhi Durbar and Royal Tour 1911/12. An old album page.

One side of the 14½ x 10¼ ins card page is titled Snapshots at Delhi 1911 with four 5½ x 3¼ ins images showing views of the Kashmir Gate, Jumma Masjid mosque, Red Fort, &c. The other side is titled Calcutte Jany. 8th 1912/ State Departure of Their Imperial Majesties and has a printed speech farewell speech from the citizens of Calcutta [by this time the former capital of British india], and two photogrdaphs showing the King and Queen waiting to hear the speech and their departure from Prinsep’s Ghat on the Howrah. jun12/2 SOLD 10th September 2023
