Dorsetshire Regt and West Yorkshire Regt officers at Dalhousie during Khajiar Week 1905

The 11 x 8½ ins photograph is on a leaf from an old album that belonged to Lieut Stanley Percy Ashby Rolls who was Adjutant of the Dorsetshire Regiment in 1912 and had served with it in India 1905/6. The large group of officers are from the Dorsets and West Yorks and all are named along the bottom of the card including Rolls in the front row, B General W Kitchener, and the marvellously named Money-Cooper-King of the West Yorks. The reverse has a 5¾ x 4 ins image titled Dalhousie Depôt and Station Hospital. jun6/3        SOLD 17th September 2020      22
