IMMEDIATE stationery card as used in Simla by the highest ranked officials

The 6 x 3 ins rather faded blue card is boldly headed IMMEDIATE and was apparently used by the highest officials to send meassages that required action on receipt. There were some lesser cards printed that said URGENT. aug7/1
Provenenace: Acquired in the late 1980s from the last printer with a shop on The Mall in Simla who had supplied high quality materials to Indian Princes and British officials.
