H. from R Xmas 1923  [identified in a later hand as Colonel Hennah]. The Earl of Ronaldshay (heir to the Marquess of Zetland) is better known for his books on travel and sport in the east. These speeches are divided by category: local self government and public health, irrigation, industries, agriculture, education, general.
