v -ix, [iv], viii, 390pp, [xii], xviii Advertisements. Re-bound in stout modern black half leather gilt, ms letter from publisher to Colonel T.  G.E.B. Kenny, clean throughout, no previous ownership marks. At this time there were the 1st KDG & 17th Lancers, with ten British line regiments stationed in the Presidency – 1st, 18th, 43rd, 60th, 66th, 68th, 69th, 74th, 91st & 108th Foot. The book also has details of the Hyderabad Contingent and other subsidiary forces, lists of Indian officers in receipt of the OBI and the Indian Order of Merit.  jul9/1
