Irish Brigade …Lieutenant in the 4th /or King’s Own Regiment of Foot and is dated Eighteenth Day of September 1799 in the Thirty Ninth Year of His Majesty’s Reign. It is signed lower right Frederick, Commander in Chief and further signed to the lower left Robert Brownrigg, Secty. The paper is rather age marked and there is a crease across the lower left corner.
