A carte de visite by T & S PLUMMER, 31 HIGH STREET, BELFAST showing a full length portrait of an officer in a frock coat. Although it has an old name written on the back and the cap badge is visible on the forage cap on the chair I have not been able to identify the major. The frock coat is the same pattern as worn by officers of the Indian Staff Corps. jul25/5
