A 7½ x 6 ins group photograph of 16 cavalry troopers of the Sussex Yeomanry by G. Austin, 70 Seaside, Eastbourne. The somewhat faded photograph, probably dating from just before WW1, shows the cavalrymen in service dress in front of a tented camp. It is double mounted on old card with minor damage to the edges of the mounting paper but not to the photograph. There are some shoulder titles visible on the shoulder chains as well as cap and collar badges. jan2/2
