Armorial livery button with a crest of a lion holding a flag with the lettering DON. The white metal 25mm button has the backmark BRIGGS, JONES & GIBSON LTD. MANR. A Manchester made button, probably early 20th century. I am told that this in fact Doncaster Corporation transport. jul21/1
