18pp, a clean copy, probably disbound from a large annual volume but neatly stab sewn. Interesting account of the proceedings which, in the King Emperor’s absence because of his health, was presided over by the Viceroy Lord Curzon with the King’s younger brother, H.R.H. Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught attending in his place. aug22/2
