An unused contemporary postcard by Rewachand Motumul & Sons, Karachi which shows the King Emperor and Queen Empress showing themselves to the people from a balcony on the walls of the Red Fort / Lal Qila. pn Wednesday the 13th December during the People’s Fete around the Fort. Inside was the more select Garden Party. Their Imperial Majesties are attended by their young pages who were mainly sons of ruling princes. There are five tiny pin holes and a crease to the top right corner of the card. apr4/2
