A good example of the badge which we believe was worn on the tropical helmet. The bi-metal badge comprises a granade mounted with a horse and neasures 52 x 35 mm. The regiment was to become the 103rd regiment of foot and after 1881 The Royal Dublin Fusiliers until the Irish regiments were dissolved in 1922. sep12/1
