King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, officer’s Victorian gilt 24mm worn 1881-86.
£28.00
A good example of a Victorian officer’s variant 24mm gilt button of the King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry worn for just a few years after 1881. The button has the backmark JENNENS & Co. LONDON. The button differs from the standard Victorian pattern in having a scalloped edge and not having the central rose in silver. jul23/1
