A very good real photograph postcard by Debenham. The postcard shows fusiliers in service dress, carrying rifles and walking past the church in Leyurn, North Yorkshire. The unused card is identified in the negative as 17th Northumberland Fusiliers, Leyburn 1915. The battalion number is indicative of the huge increase in numbers which took place during the early years of WWI. feb18/3
