Royal Sussex Regiment, Volunteer Officer’s 18mm
£5.00
The late Victorian or Edwardian officer’s silver plated 18mm button would have been worn by an officer in a Volunteer Battalion around the turn of 19th/20th centuries. Not having a crown in the design means that this regiment’s buttons did not change wkith the start of a new reign. There is no backmark although the button is of very high quality. Regulars battalions wore the same design but in gilt. feb20/5
