The framed aquatint measures 18¼ x 14¾ ins over the frame with the aquatint itsel 8½ x 11½ visible within the mount. It was engraved by LeFevre after drawing by Mansion and showsthe elegant officer wearing a bell topped shako with two other officers and the regiment drawn up in the background. A very elegant aquatint of around 1830. An old collector’s label on the reverse names Capt. Unett, D.S.O., Springfield Court, Chelmsford who had served in the East Yorxkshire Regiment and later been Chief Constable of Essec
