16th Punjab Regiment. An officer’s field cap with hall marked silver badge

An officer’s dark blue field cap with red piping around the top with the supplier’s label of E. PEARSON, RAWAL PINDI & MURREE . The cap is in very good condition with a very little light surface wear and a very small area of damage to the red piping. It has a velvet head lining and the two front buttons are of the unattached officer’s pattern. as we are not certain the badge is on the right cap we are pricing this item mainly as avery good silver badge. The small badge has the hallmarks for BIRMINGHAM 1925 with maker’s mark E.S. & S.  jun27/1
