68th Durham Light Infantry. A 25mm officer’s gilt button with the backmark BOGGETT & REYNOLDS. ST MARTINS LANE LONDON. The button has lost its original gilt finish revealing an underlying copper colour but there only appears to be signs of rubbing on the highest parts of the crown. For some reason this numbered button is one which turns up infrequently. apr14/2
