A cabinet card  showing a three length portrait of a naval officer of a northern European navy wearing full dress uniform with insignia of the Guelphic Order and a belt with rather indistinct initialsm possibly K.C.H. The card is by LAMBERT WESTON & SON, 15 Waterloo Street, Dover and showing royal appointments to Her Majesty the Queen & H.R.H. Prince Arthur [Duke of Connauaght]. The sitter is quite probably a member of the royal house of Hanover.   apr23/2
