The good 11 x 8¾ ins photograph is pasted to a card page from an old album that belonged to Lieut Stanley Percy Ashby Rolls who was Adjutant of the Dorsetshire Regiment in 1912 and had served with it in India 1905/6. It is titled Wood Sheds & Snow of Himalayas and Kala Tôh on the left. The reverse of the card has a few dance cards pasted to it along with cut, embossed crests of the RAMC and the 68th Foot [Durham Light Infantry]. jul21/4
