This vintage photograph is curled as it was kept, as is often the case, with other photographs in a roll. It measures 8 x 10½ ins not including chips to the lower corners. It will be posted in a tube for later flattening. A British soldier stands by the gate. The fort remains today mainly open to the public although still a military establishment. feb1/2
