Grenadier Guards, a cased pair of cuff links

The cuff links, in the original grey box, are labelled ‘gold cased’ which seems to mean a thin gilding on base metal. They are marked on the back L & S and in the lid of the box A Sophos Product. I can confidently date these to the 1960s as when I went to college in 1962 I was given a pair with my university coat of arms. They are still wearing well. Not so nice as gold links but a rather different price.
