A small brass 16mm trooper’s button with the design of the title QUEENS LIGHT DRAGOONS around a very bold Victorian crown, Although I have not encountered this button before I assume it is a design used by the 1st or Royal Dragoons . Gwen Squire illustrates a small button of theirs of a different design but with the simple letter L.D. The button has been polished in use and the very high design of the crown has lect it rather rubbed. jun2/3 SOLD 4th June 2025
