Postal history: South Corea – Japan – India


An official envelope of 1901 marked On His Britannic Majesty’s Service and black edged in court mourning for the late Queen Victoria. It was postred to A. Taylor in Assam, N. E. India and the verso bears a black seal of British Legation, South Corea with post office stamps from Nagasaki, Tongchin, Bindukuri.  A tear to the front just avoids the two Japanese 15 Sen stamps. feb25/3
