Queen Empress Victoria with her family. An Indian carte de visite
£12.00
A rather quaint cdv of Indian origin, showing Queen Victoria, Prince of Wales [later Edward VII] and other members of the Royal Family. The rather odd juxtaposition of the figures suggests this was possibly put together from a number of different photographs. There is no photogrpaher’s credit unless it is in some of the local language on the verso.nov2/1
