The very simple 12C shoulder title came to us with other itemsfrom the descendant of an officer serving in the regiment in the 1920s & 30s together with other items, including a hall marked silver cap badge [since sold]. Th pattern of the shoulder title continued through several variations in the regiments title. This patern was perhaps for use on lighter summer uniform or shirt sleeve order as we also have a much heavier version [see apr29/2] spr29/1
