After examining revenue accoounts connected with India and Supercargoes in China, the report devotes some 200pp to detailing and commenting on treaties and agreements with the Nabob of Oude, Nabob of Surat, Rajah of Tanjore, Nabob of Arcot, Tippoo Sultaun, the Nizam, Rajah of Travancore, Guicowar Rajah (Baroda), Dowla Rao Scindia (Gwalior), and the Rajah of Berar. Some 30pp are given to abstract of the strength and costs of the three Presidential Armies and a general view of the Company’s Army in India. jul20/1
