The domed gilt 25mm button has two crests beneath a baron’s coronet and the backmark PITT & Co. 50 ST MARTINS LANE LONDON. There is some rubbing to the high points of the design. The crests show a demi lion with axe emerging from a mural crown and a rather angry looking demi swan with wings in display. apr22/1
