The 24mm trooper’s brass button has the backmark PITT & Co. 51 MADDOX ST. LONDON W. It has the design of the rose within a garter with the Victoiran crown above and gthe title YORKSHIRE DRAGOONS YC below. Ripley 246. mar27/5.
This is another button from a personal collection which I put together largely in the 1970s and has not been cleaned.
