All checked and as listed.  xxi, 415pp. Original full leather boards, re-cased ith new leather gilt spine in same style as original, upper board blocked in gilt with the 14th’s badge. all edges gilt, a very sound, complete copy with tipped in letter to the editor signed Albermarle [Earl of Albemarle who served with the regiment at Waterloo] about uniform sof drummers at Waterloo, dated April 29, 1886 from 8, Portman Square.  Also tipped to the same preliminary blank is a contemporary 1893 printed review. This book is being sold from my personal library and also has my own bookplate to the endpaper. A nice looking copy of a very throough work of military reference. sep9/1
