4th West India Regiment, officer’s gilt 25mm

A very good example of an officer’s, late Victorian 25mm large gilt button of the 4th West India Regiment with the backmark FIRMIN & SONS LONDON . Until late Victorian times the West India Regiment appeared in the British Army List at the end of the British line regiments.  The buton retains virtually the full original gilt finish. mar27/2
