Large crossed 303 rifles badge with a wreath, usually associated with marksmen or snipers but of unusually large size, 130 x 125mm, 5¼ x 4½ins with a bronzed finish. The reverse retains a ling central screw fixing point and one lower locating point. These suggest that the badge may have been made for fixing to a wooden shield or trophy. jul9/4
