A small bar brooch of the Lancashire Regiment measuring 40 x 30mm and weighing 9 gm. The central fusilier grenade is mounted with the regiment’s sphinx for its Egypt battle honour, There is some damage to the blue enamel but not on the lettering parts. This probably dates to the first half of the 20th century and is indistinctly stamped 15C on the back where the pin appears to be plated metal. nov14/1
