Original green cloth gilt, crease across top right corner also lightly affecting early pages but a very clean copy with the unusual and imaginative panorama neatly folded, an old library label to rear pastedown City of Liverpool Reference Library but no other markings noted, The most generally appealing and useful volume of the series which has narratives as opposed to endless tables.
